At this time, all of our study guides are online lessons and practice tests you can use anytime you want, as often as you want during your subscription. One-on-one tutoring is not a part of our subscription offering at this time.

We have big ideas for GradPrep but would also love to hear yours. If you have a suggestion for a test that we should help students prepare for, please contact us to let us know.

There are 4 practices tests for you to take. You can take them more than once and choose whether to take them in a learner mode (with answers along the way) or a simulation mode (like you are taking the actual test). This will give you lots of practice to help you achieve your best score.

We accept a variety of credit cards along with Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. 

It depends on which plan you choose. If you choose the monthly plan, you will be charged once every month until you cancel your subscription.

If you choose a 6-month plan, you will be charged only once. At the end of your 6-month subscription period, your access to our product will end and you will need to either activate another 6-month plan or a monthly subscription to regain access to the Grad Prep platform.

Grad Prep takes security and your privacy seriously. Shopify, who processes our credit card transactions, is certified Level 1 PCI DSS, which is the highest it gets. You can read more about their security measures here: https://www.shopify.com/security/pci-compliant

The best way to save on Grad Prep is to purchase a multi-month subscription. Occasionally we will run additional special offers. When we do, you'll find them on our website.

You will receive an email notification with your order confirmation and receipt upon purchase.

You will also be able to see all of your orders when you log in to our site. While you're here, you can confirm that your credit card information and email address are correct.

Currently, we do not offer the option to pause your subscription.

To update your billing information, log in to your account and do the following:

1. Click the Billing Information tab to see the current payment method and billing address.

2. Click on the Billing address to update your billing information, or click on the Card on file to update your payment method.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and do the following: 

1. Click on Manage Subscriptions 

2. Click on the Subscriptions tab and select the product you want to cancel

3. Click Cancel Subscription  

4. Select a cancellation reason and click Next

If you purchased the monthly subscription, you can continue to use the site until you cancel your subscription.

If you purchased the 6-month plan, it's easiest to find your end date by doing the following:

1. Go to your Study Plan dashboard

2. Click on the profile icon on the top toolbar

3. Refer to "Your Plan Expires" for the subscription end date

Your personalized study plan is created based on a combination of factors: the amount of time until your test date, the time you told us you can spend studying each week, the areas you need the most help based on your assessment, and the weight of importance of topic in the test itself.

We start with a general recommendation based on importance in the test and then personalize it for you based on what you share with us about study time and your assessment.

We've organized your personalized study plan with the lessons that will have the biggest impact on your score first. So, start at the top and work your way through as much as you can. You can also update the hours per week that fit better for your life and let the site show you how far you can get with the new time information.

Updating your study plan is easy! Click the person icon in the top navigation to update your test date and the time you can spend studying. This will refresh your personalized study plan based on the new information you gave.

Grad Prep works best with the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

For the best experience, cookies are recommended. At a minimum, to stay logged in, cookies must be turned on. Without cookies, you may miss out on time-saving features like personalization, but the site will work in a simpler way.
